Our university received a special status
The special status was received by the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yassawi in Turkestan. The corresponding decree was signed by President Kassym-Zhomart Tokaev. Now the university will become independent in academic matters, as well as in matters of management and finance. He will be able to train Ph.D., choose the content of educational programs and issue their own diplomas. The first will be received by graduates this summer. In addition to Kazakh students, young people from more than a hundred countries study there. It is conducted in four languages: Kazakh, Russian, English and Turkish. Part of the faculty consists of invited foreign specialists. It should be noted that the university was the first in the country to receive the status of an international university.
